"I call the style in which I create my works “metaphorical romanticism”. It describes my creative belief that life is a series of dreams, expectations and memories and art is their reflection. In my painting I rely on soft, pastel tones and on the decorative construction of the pictorial space. Often the forms in my canvaces are not entirely finished so that they can leave more room for interpretation by the spectator. I believe in the fated mission of art to educate and change a person for the better, offering them a world of harmony and higher order."
